A strong-growing shrub with erect branches, until 4m high. Leaves composed of 3 - 5 ovate leaflets, 5 - 8cm long.
Flowers in consicous erect panicles, 5 - 10cm long and wide. The flowers are white, flowering in May. Capsules obovoid,
