Paxistima canbyi (34720 octets)
Evergreen dwarf shrub up to 30 cm high. Leaves opposite, linear to narrow oblong, glabrous, leathery, 1-2 cm long, 2-5 mm wide. Margin decurved and serrate on the upper half. Small inconspicuous reddish flowers 4-5 mm across, in axillary clusters, on a slender pedicel, in April. Fruits white. Very hardy.
