A small, half-evergreen shrub or semi-scandent. Twigs green, square-formed. Pinnate leaflets with 3 to 5 single leafs. Round or elliptic, 2 to 5 cm long. Dark green above and glabrous. Yellow fragrant flowers in terminal clusters in June or July.
