Holodiscus discolor (83275 octets)
Deciduous shrub up to 3-4 m high with arching branches. Leaves ovate, 3-10 cm long, 2.5-7 cm wide, dull green and slightly hairy above, gray tomentose beneath. Margin with numerous deep toothed lobes. Base cuneate to truncate. Creamy-white inflorescences in long terminal drooping panicles up to 30 cm long. Each flower very small about 4 mm across. Flowering in June to July. Hardy.
