A strong-growing, medium-sized shrub with
greyish, pinnate leaves with 11-13 rounded leaflets. The shrub is flowering
in May/July with orange flowers with yellow blotches. This sort has more
intensive coloured flowers. They are until 2 cm across. It´s a shrub
for sunny or semi-shade positions and drained soil. The Colutea is an easy
growing shrub.
