A summer green shrub, until to 3 m or more
high, flowering with large panicles ( 20-30 cm long) of white flowers,
with red anthers. The flowers are a little fragrant. Sometimes there are
produced some nut-like fruits. The leaves are attractively yellow coloured
in autumn.
