Lindera chienii (41866 octets)
Deciduous shrub. Leaves alternate, oblanceolate, acuminate, base acute, entire, 5-14 cm long, 1,5-4 cm wide, glabrous, light shining green above, paler & pubescent on nerves beneath. Petiole and young shoots reddish. Inflorescences in axillary pediceled umbels, with 5-10 yellowish-green flowers surrounded by dark brown bracts. Flowering in February-March. Seems to be hardy.
